Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels (online platforms, social media, networking, etc.)
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment (internships or part-time roles included)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
